20 Jahre Literaturhaus am Inn
Die anamorphe Textskulptur von Martin Fritz und Thomas Medicus nimmt ihre Inspiration aus dem Blick entlang der vier Himmelsrichtungen aus dem Literaturhaus am Inn. Die daraus entstandenen Vierzeiler werden als Wortschnipsel auf hundertvierundvierzig räumlich versetzten und ineinandergreifenden Glasstreifen verteilt. Durch den Standort im Waltherpark Innsbruck wird das Literaturhaus am Inn und seine Umgebung in einen neuen räumlichen Zusammenhang übertragen also an einen Ort, an dem es nicht ist, und somit in einen brüchigen Zustand andauernder Auflösung und Wiederherstellung gebracht.

The anamorphic sculpture by Martin Fritz and Thomas Medicus is inspired by the view towards the four cardinal points from Literaturhaus am Inn. The evolved texts are spread over hundred forty four glass strips that are shifted in space. By transferring the sculpture that is originally linked to one specific surrounding to another place, a paradox is created that is simulated though the seemingly evanescent character of the sculpture.
