DECODER
Decoder is an installation that makes themes such as decoding and categorising our world visible and thus raises questions about gaining knowledge.
By showing a concrete cast of a piece of wood as the starting point of the installation, parallel questions arise as to what actually defines an object, its surface or its interior.
The concrete cast of the piece of wood was originally created as an independent work entitled Ryan Frost.
