Skull is an optical illusion that deals with the mass grave of refugees and migrants in the Mediterranean, for which the EU's policy of isolation is partly responsible.
The illustration was printed by the Internationaler Briefmarkenverein Rosenegg as 175 cent stamps in a small edition.
