Bernini Replica in Krabonoš

The dilapidated church is located near the Austrian border and was in the border strip of the Iron Curtain until 1989, which is the reason for its poor condition.

In order to revive the site as a symbol of peace and a memorial to a turbulent history, a modified replica of the Dove of the Holy Spirit by Gian Lorenzo Bernini was made.
The window is also intended to mark the beginning of further restoration work.
